Mike and the team did a fantastic job on a number of projects ranging from finishing the basement to painting the exterior of the house to facilitating install of outside lighting and a new boiler. His recommendations and creative thinking, and the team’s execution, transformed our house and yielded results we’re extremely happy with. Stadler Construction completed our project on time and on budget. How can you ask for more from a contractor and even still expectations were exceeded! Communication is another great tip in the team’s hat. It was always easy to get in touch with Mike and his guys throughout the entire process, from signing the contract to getting our CO. The team is very organized and runs like a well oiled machine. We never had to chase anyone for information, time table updates or general questions. We had bought our little ranch as a starter home and Mike and his team turned it into our forever home. All of the Stadler crew and any subs they used were professional, courteous, careful and clean. I have never seen a cleaner job site which was very important to us because we stayed through the construction with our young children. Our project consisted of a full second floor addition including a primary suite, with large en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and freestanding tub along with a walk-in closet, 2 additional bedrooms, another full bathroom and a large laundry room. The team also did a full gut and reno of our main floor which included removing an existing bathroom to expand our kitchen, adding a new bathroom, removing a load bearing wall between the kitchen and living room, taking down a wall between the kitchen and dining room and adding a full pantry. The team’s attention to detail along with their workmanship and craftsmanship is unmatched. We can’t wait for our next project with the Stadler Construction team!

We first hired Stadler Construction in 2015 after purchasing a home that needed a considerable amount of updating and Michael and his company have surpassed all our expectations.
The first phase of the work consisted of a complete remodel of the primary bedroom suite including a large bathroom, remodeling of a laundry room and powder room, removing a wall between the kitchen and family room which involved the installation of a very heavy steel beam, replacement of tile backsplashes in kitchen, painting the entire interior of the house, including wood ceilings, rebuilding steps to the second floor, refinishing hardwood floors, building a large deck using cable railings, building a shed attached to the house, and installing a patio, sidewalk and front steps. After the first phase of work, they were hired again to remodel two full baths on the second floor and a few years later installed a bathroom in the basement. We continue to hire them for additional smaller projects because we are so happy with the quality of the work and attention to detail. All the workers are extremely professional and take pride in their work. The house was cleaned up after each day of work which was important since we stayed during construction. I would not even consider hiring another contractor as they have repeatedly proven themselves a top-quality company.
