Michael Stadler

Founder & Principal

I started Stadler Construction in 2002, but I’ve been in construction my whole life. I grew up in a blue-collar family, on job sites with a tool in my hand long before I had a title. I learned every trade I could, figured things out by doing, and built this company from side handyman work into full-scale renovations and new builds.

Today, we focus on luxury residential and major commercial projects. I’m still involved in all of them, because that’s how I run things: tight timelines, close crew coordination, clear from the start, and solid all the way through.

I’ve always had a knack for visualizing the finished product. I can see the entire build before the first truck arrives, and that vision drives how we lead every job.

Justin Barry
Managing Partner

I transitioned into construction after a decade in commercial real estate and property management, first in New York City, then here in Fairfield County. That background taught me how to manage complex timelines, high-stakes projects, and client expectations, skills I bring into every build we lead.

When I partnered with Mike, we merged two critical sides of the business: builder and strategist. Today, I oversee the financial health of the company, guide sales processes, and lead our client experience from first contact through final walkthrough. I work closely with our vendors and subcontractors to keep every project moving, aligned, and on-budget.

My job is about relationships, internally and externally. I’m proud of the partnership Mike and I have built, and I’m driven by two things: satisfied clients and a strong, unified team.
